All price labels and tags will be removed prior to packing so that your jewellery will arrive in presentation condition. All orders are wrapped in luxury Pravins livery and then re-packaged in plain, non-branded outer packaging. Pravins will be discreetly marked as the sender on the outer packaging.
A copy of the purchase receipt will be sent separately to the billing address. No receipt will be included with the jewellery.
All orders are processed within one or two business days and despatched within five working days subject to stock availability. Note that if an item needs to be adjusted or specially manufactured then delivery may take longer - we will contact you to inform you if this is the case.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery(or international equivalent). A signature will be required so please ensure you provide a delivery address where there will usually be someone present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left providing you with re-delivery options.Pravins will be responsible for insuring the order until a final signature is received at the point of delivery.
The European and International delivery options become available once you select a non-UK country as part of the delivery address. Non-EU orders are exclusive of UK VAT, the VAT element of the purchase price will be removed from your order at checkout.
