The Brothers Grimm are celebrated as one of the greatest fairy-tale writers that love to put a twist to a classical innocent storyline. One of their greatest stories ever told in our opinion is Snow White and we’re extremely excited that not one, but two films are being released this year - capturing two very different sides of this immensely popular story. First is MirrorMirror, which was released earlier this month, and Snow white and the huntsman which is set to come to our cinemas in the summer.

However, we are very sure than when the writers where first conjuring up their mystical characters, they wouldn’t have thought that their leading lady would be wearing a priceless Van Cleef & Arpels tiara. But this is what Lily Collins is wearing in the magical story. The tiara boasts pear-shaped diamonds, marquise-shaped diamonds and round diamonds, totalling 77.34 carats all set in platinum.

Not only is this diamond tiara priceless it has been previously worn by Princess Grace of Monaco (Grace Kelly) in 1978 when she saw her daughter Caroline marry Philippe Jugnot. We can’t wait to see the film just to capture a glimpse of this remarkable piece of diamond jewellery and see what jewellery Julia Roberts wears as the evil Queen.

We’re sure that this will be the film adaptation to watch to see jewellery fit for a princess as Snow White and the Huntsman takes on the darker side of the fairy-tale, showing Snow White not only as a princess that is hunted for her beauty, but also as a warrior.
