Coronavirus - Information for our clients

In these unprecedented times, it’s very clear that we need to take care of and look after ourselves, our families and the wider community.  Everyone has a part to play.  We wanted to let you know what Pravins are doing during this period.

As a family-owned business, the safety and wellbeing of our clients, our teams and their families are of the utmost importance to us.  We have taken, and will continue to take, all practical measures possible to reduce infection risks whilst maintaining service levels for our clients and providing a sense of certainty for our staff.

As of the end of day on March 23rd all our boutiques will be closed temporarily until further notice. Our website is taking and delivering orders and our Directors continue to  monitor the situation, ensuring we can continue to make decisions and act quickly and efficiently.

Our supply and craftsmen networks have been quite severely disrupted but we are working hard to ensure that all outstanding orders are fulfilled to normal Pravins standards. Our Head Office will be open until Friday, March 27th 2020 to ensure all clients with outstanding orders or repairs will be kept up to date.

We are closely following advice from the government, ensuring our web fulfilment team is implementing the latest guidance as well as continuing their regular rigorous hygiene practices.  If and when the time comes that we need to take extra measures, we will do so in the most responsible way as advised by government guidelines.

During the temporary closure all staff will be furloughed and will be supported by their respective management teams. As a final point, we’ve made detailed plans in case we do have to hunker down for a period of time. We hope to emerge from this crisis stronger and fitter than ever, ready to serve clients old and new.

If you have any concerns or queries please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team by email at admin@pravins.co.uk or on 0845 600 8699.
