DELIVERY INFORMATION

Whether you're collecting your jewellery from one of our stores or having it delivered to your door, every order is carefully prepared, beautifully presented and securely packaged before beginning its journey. From dispatch to delivery, we'll ensure your jewellery arrives with the same care and attention to detail you'd expect from Pravins.

Collect from a Pravins store

If you'd prefer to collect your order in person, we offer complimentary collection from our stores in Cardiff, Reading and Milton Keynes.

Simply select your preferred store during checkout and we'll arrange for your jewellery to be delivered there. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to let you know it's available for collection.

Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to arrive at your chosen store.

For security, orders can only be collected by the purchaser. When collecting your jewellery, please bring your order confirmation together with a valid form of photographic identification, such as a passport or driving licence.

UK delivery

We offer complimentary delivery throughout mainland UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fully tracked and insured service.

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email together with your tracking information.

Every purchase is carefully packaged in discreet outer packaging, with your jewellery beautifully presented inside our signature Pravins packaging. A signature will be required upon delivery for added security.

If you're sending your jewellery as a gift, we're happy to include a personalised message. As receipts are issued electronically, no pricing information is included inside the parcel.

International delivery

We are pleased to offer international delivery to a wide range of destinations.

International orders are shipped using carefully selected courier services appropriate for each destination, helping to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and securely. Every shipment is fully insured while in transit and packaged discreetly for your peace of mind.

Delivery times, shipping costs and any customs or import requirements vary depending on the destination country. If you're ordering from outside the UK, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order. We'll be happy to discuss the available delivery options, estimated timescales and any customs or import requirements, ensuring you have all the information you need before your jewellery is dispatched.
