DELIVERY INFORMATION


At Pravins our aim is to make buying jewellery online as convenient and enjoyable as visiting one of our stores. We provide the following range of delivery options for online orders. For returns information, please visit our Returns and refunds page.

Free collection from any Pravins boutique 

We offer a free collection service from any Pravins store. At checkout please select ‘Collect from your nearest boutique’ and choose your desired boutique.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your purchase to be sent to the boutique. We will notify you by email when the item is ready for collection. In addition, the boutique team will normally telephone you as soon as the item has arrived.

For security, only the purchaser may collect the order. Please ensure you bring a copy of your notification email (or purchase receipt) and some form of photo identification such as a passport or driving license when collecting your order. If you do not have suitable identification, or if the boutique team are not satisfied with your identification, they may not release your parcel to you.


Free delivery to UK mainland addresses

Your new jewellery will be carefully gift-wrapped, ready to present as a gift. We can include a personalised card, please follow the instructions at the checkout stage of your order. Receipts are only sent by email, so there will be no price information within the package.

Your order should normally arrive within 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) form the order date. We generally avoid Saturday deliveries, if this is something you require please contact us.

We will send you a Dispatch Confirmation email on the day we send the parcel out.

Your order will be sent to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a fully insured and tracked service. The package will be discreet and will not be branded on the outside. A signature will be required upon delivery, which should take place before 1pm on the delivery day.

If you are not at home during your delivery time, Royal Mail will leave you a contact card so you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable time or date.

International deliveries

Your new jewellery will be carefully gift-wrapped, ready to present as a gift. We can include a personalised card, please follow the instructions at the checkout stage of your order. Receipts are only sent by email, so there will be no price information within the package.

We use the Royal Mail International Signed For service and the cost will be added to your order at the checkout stage. All items are fully insured by Pravins whilst in transit. The package will be discreet and will not be branded on the outside. A signature will be required upon delivery.

We are able to deliver to most European countries as well as Australia, Canada, Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.

Import taxes and duties

Our items are sold on the basis that we do not pay any import taxes or duties payable on any products. Recipients outside the EU who may have to pay import duty or other taxes will be separately liable for these duties and taxes. Pravins cannot be held responsible for any such charges, so please check whether any local charges will be applicable to you before placing your order.
